NOTES : ➖ THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON THE BOAT MUST FOLLOW YOUR BOOKING TOTAL (INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN). ➖ THE DRIVER WILL PICK YOU UP 30 MINUTES EARLIER THAN YOUR BOOKED TIME. ➖ THIS IS A PRIVATE BOAT PACKAGE (NO SHARING WITH OTHER GROUPS). ➖ AN ENTRANCE FEE OF RM2/PAX IS REQUIRED FOR THE BAT CAVE (OPTIONAL). ➖ LIFE JACKETS ARE PROVIDED (EXCEPT FOR INFANTS AGED 3 AND BELOW). ➖ INCLUDES A BILINGUAL BOATMAN (MALAY & ENGLISH). TOTAL TRIP DURATION (IMPORTANT): PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 3-HOURS DURATION REFERS ONLY TO THE TIME SPENT ON THE BOAT WITHIN THE KILIM GEOFOREST. THE TOTAL TIME FROM HOTEL PICKUP TO HOTEL DROP-OFF WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 4.3 TO 5 HOURS, DEPENDING ON YOUR HOTEL LOCATION.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND REFUND Hasfary Travel & Tours reserves the right to Change or Cancel any part of the tour itinerary due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, without prior notice as safety is our utmost priority. Minimum 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for trip. If Cancellation is made less than 72 hours client will be charged in Full. In the tour a client fails to turn up for the activities (“No Show”), No refund in full or in part will be given for the Product services in the program not utilized. After commencement of tour, No refund, in part or in full, will be given for services/activities in the program that is not utilized.
