Terms & Conditions: • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon car collection. • Loss of Use: If the car requires repairs due to an accident caused by the renter, a daily rental rate charge applies for the repair duration. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND REFUND Hasfary Travel & Tours reserves the right to Change or Cancel any part of the tour itinerary due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, without prior notice as safety is our utmost priority. Minimum 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for trip. If Cancellation is made less than 72 hours client will be charged in Full. In the tour a client fails to turn up for the activities (“No Show”), No refund in full or in part will be given for the Product services in the program not utilized. After commencement of tour, No refund, in part or in full, will be given for services/activities in the program that is not utilized.
